for the first time in years...and i got a big shock

I weigh 10 stone 2, or 65kgs...which ain't good concidering I'm half inch under 6 foot
I looked up a chart and it says I'm badly underweight but I eat tons and do sod all exercise realy - just walking round the school to lock up, which takes a couple of hours, is knackering

on a posative note, everyone ive told my age to at the school (its my birthday saturday) reckons i look years younger than 37, so hey it could be worse but these things do keep me awake lately

How much weight are you carrying in your driver seat? could you do with beefing up like me or slimming down a tad?

TT - You work in a school? what do you do there...if you don't mind me askin

Tony - Ive seen a picture of you at fordfair and thought I could take you in a fight...but I'm not so sure now cos you a bit bigger than me it turns out

...and btw - its nothing personal - I grade all blokes I see as to who would win if i had to fight them     I grade all women I see too - as to wether or not I'd like to shag them

anyway, Ive decided to start doing weight training in the schools weights room, which I'm free to use everyday

thanks chaps - I like that you humour me daft posts with replies

Do ya want to put some weight on...and need a holiday? I went to turkey a while ago on one o them all inclusive things, for a week..I put a stone on in 7 days and ruined a few of mi new holiday shirts in the process,(popped buttons and a few dinner medals) It was worth the extra cost too cos i only spent £50 and that was on some inflatables for kids and some fags at he airport...(cigarettes just in case ya wa wondering).

5'8" 16 stone up from 14st 13lbs august last year but down from 18stone 12 lbs august 2006....

Ride a push-bike 4 miles to work and back a few times a week try to look out for what i eat also weight training.

If you want to put on weight lots of pasta when you work out also meats and fish and possibly protien shakes when your fit enough.

6, 3 ? maybe stick to your current weight and just focus on getting fit and healthy... I would stick to eating what makes you happy and take up a sport like badminton, squash or football to stay in shape - something thats fun and not a torture like jogging or weight training. Youl find clubs localy that use local school facilities or sports centres in the evenings - good way to socialise, network and oggle toned arses in short skirts)

nothing wrong whit weight training or jogging, i do weight training, 4x a week and 1 or 2 times, jogging a week, depending on the wheather. its no torture for me, but a way to get rid off stress.

yes, finding time is sometimes a issue. i always go straight after work for 1.5 to 2 hours on monday, wednesday and friday. thats 3 times a week, in the weekend, i go on sunday morning, after the jogging. i am doing this for for 6 years now.

whit the new job, where i gone start, this will be more difficult, thanks to the shifted work times. they work from 7.00 am to 15.30 pm and from 10.30 to 19.00 pm. so i have to see how that goes.

Paul, I honestly wonder if the world would stop turning if we ever agreed on something

I was on the late shift tonight covering the lets...so me and the other fella let them onto the pitch and then went in the indoor gymnasium, set up a badminton net and played all night  ...rather than standabout drinkin coffee waiting for useless Aylesbury FC to fook off. We got fit (well, knackered anyway) had fun AND got paid! getting quite cocky at it tbh, thinking of challenging the p.e teachers (who love themselves) to a game - me and parky are practicing with 2 shuttlecocks at the same time lately... do that for 10 minutes and playing normaly, with one seems easy and you can realy push your oponent - saying that, parky is about 50 lol
We have also been known to boot footballs around, throw baskets and even had a floodlit, late night welly throwing dual once . its fookin mad this job
There is a weights gym with mirrored walls    rave music playing and 14st 15  year olds you could send to war with confidence. I hear them "spotting" eachother - screaming "GO FOR IT!!!" and "1 MORE!!!" at eachother. One guy came out of there after literaly breaking the preacher (I had to fix it) saying he felt sick but that that was good and what he aims for!!
I fancy doing a bit to get the results i want (a bit more muscle) so I will sneek in there when its quiet - no pain no gain they say

if we agree on everything, there would be not much fun.

i played badminton and football when i was in high school. badminton is a great way to get in shape. but teamplay in sports is nothing for me. i found that out when we played competion, and people dont show up because the are not in the mood or any reason they can think off not to be there. i also played darts in competion for 5 years, the same problem. after that, i stopped doing sports for a long time, till 6 years ago, where i started training to get rid off the over weight and my very big belly that developed after years off not doing sports. i am not a swartennegger and am not aiming for that. i still want to enjouy my self, but i want to eat and drink what i want.

to get as big as a bodybuilder takes alote off training, pill's and dieet's. this is not me and i dont like the methode they use. but that my opinion. for others its a way off live.

eating noting is not very good for you, its the same whit a dieet. you need to eat, but you have to watch what and when you are eating. whitout a decent meal, your body does not work so good. its the same as a car, give the wrong fuel or not enough, and it will stop running. your body needs fuel to burn fat.

when i started working out, i was hungry all the time, so i started to eat more. still my weight droped to. i started whit a weight off 109 kilo and got it back to 78 kilo's, now i am 88 kilo's. but its not the weight you need to look after, but the body fat index.

When i say i eat nothing, what i meant was i don't eat much compared to some people (as above) who do not ever seem to put on weight regardless
