old server/domains

As some might know the old server and domain have now run out!
for the last 6 weeks we have been trying to swap the domain to out new provider but they have dont nothing, i am so disapionted with SUPANET/PULSE HOSTING, was with supanet for years. due to this i got the server on SUPANET HOSTING (BECAME PULSE HOSTING) also the domains to.

this company have turned out to be a nightmare, in my opinion there service was very bad, with little real support and when you did get it, some monkey with no answers! would never use them again!!
today i had a bill for the 2 domains from nominet for £92,, now i dont blame them as its not really there job but supanet are doing all to bugger us up now, willl not let us have the tags for MY domain!!!!! no reason to and will only result in really bad PR as you can see by this!
so yup i would never use stupidnet now or nopulse hosting, also advise people to avoid then unless they want problems like we had.
ok, so you guys know where to go if/when the link goes, here is a list of the domains that are pointed here!

Dont have much luck m8 do you, £92 for 2 domains seems bloody expensive, ones I brought cost me £6.50 each for 2 years.

£80 was the standard fee from nominet for direct registrations as they don't like getting involved at the front line.

I suspect that you won't be able to transfer to another registra whilst the domains are up for renewal.

Yes, but we tried to transfer the domain to Powweb since half december, well before the registration ran out.
Problem is now, they are legally obliged to give out the info we need for the domain, but they just refuse it.

Rather than go to court over this, Tony wisely chose to register a few other names and let them point to here.
p.s. i pay only 12 euro`s a year for each domain i own, including hosting(and they are very helpful whenever i need them)

Keep it very sideways..

I have 2 registrations directly with nominet, and the rest with either 123reg or ukreg. It's much easier to update my DNS records with 123 or uk..

Going to nominet is like going to Melvin King and asking to open a supersaver account..

All uk domain registrations go to nominet, but everyone else does the work for them...

Why supanet are trying to pass on the full registration cost I don't know.

Well, that`s the thing i don`t understand....

Why do they want to re-register the domain when it`s already registered to Tony.
That is not necessary,we only need the unlock code.

Powweb is taking care of the rest.

Just too bad Supanet isn`t registered in Europe, because then just 1 fax/e-mail would have been enough to get the domain transferred.
It`s not that we haven`t tried it, Supanet just refuses to do it..

We filled in the domain transfer form in December, even e-mailed it to Supanet, but they still don`t want to co-operate.
Those idiots kept trying to get the domain transferred TO them, not FROM them..

So thanks to their incompetence, the domain is probably lost..
Keep it very sideways..
