Hi everyone - I'm new!

hey all

Just a quick hello from me as this is my first visit to ford power.

I've got a ford fiesta zetec, 1.25, in metallic blue.  3dr.

So far, I have fitted a 3inch stainless steel cat back system, and an induction kit.

My next plan is to buy some rs2000 rims and have them sprayed white.

Then after that, hoping to get all the pollybushes done, and have new shocks put in with 30mm lowering springs.

After that I'll probably have a look at some mondeo brakes

I will put pics up of the work thats been done so far...before and after etc, and will put up pics of any other mods I get around to doing.

Heres to the first of many posts

James

Welcome mate. Good start with the Fez. Always a great way to put a smile on your face.

Be warned though, it may start with a couple of go-faster tweeks but before you know it you'll have a 24V in it.

Keep an eye on your oil, the 1.25s arn't as tough as you'd like.

Cheers for the advice and welcomes, will bear the oil checking in mind.

and regarding the engine post, funnily enough the thought putting a 1.7 puma engine in had crossed my mind, but if i do do anything to the engine, it will be a long way off yet anyway.

i don't want to mod the car and then not have enough to insure it lol.
