Hi folks, I'm new here so I thought I'd make myself known to everyone. I technically haven't got a Ford. But I've got this...

A TVR S3. It's got a Bosch fuel injected Ford Cologne EFI 12v V6 engine so I think I can be let off lol. Just thought I'd consult the experts so I came here. Thanks

Hello there bud, nice piece of fibreglass there. Is your engine standard? What plans you got?

Thanks. Engine is all standard. I plan to get more power at some point because I love it so, though it will be allot easier to just buy a faster car but I do like these. Don't get me wrong it's not slow, max power output should be 168bhp @ 6000rpm and 172ibs/ft @ 3000rpm. 0-60 is in about 6.9 seconds.

So to increase power I'm thinking either on the forced induction route or the 24v route.

The BOB is later V6 am I right? I don't much about these engines I'm afraid.

Yes, from the bugeye scorpio, about 210bhp with out the Cats or so. I think your car should stay N/A. i like it.

Maybe you're right. It might ruin the sound. Whereas a 24v conversion will still sound genuine but go like stink  (with a bit of cash.) Problem is finding a manual Scorpio? Continue this on the other thread?

Orophin welcome

1st your car is using fordpower isnt it  thats why we are called fordpower so all kits n cars using ford engines can join in;;;

think mike (boost performance) has done one or two of them, i used to wire them for him.
he can sell you the manifilds manifolds youl need.

i would go BOA better timing arangment but thats my view, you will not spoil the sound,,, idle will be quiet,,, but above 3200rpm it will bark loud,,nice!

look for some video we have on here, they all sound the same some how,

the 24v xr4i auto-0 to 60 in 6.71 secs
