Can't beat a good garage mate  

Just need central heating fitted for the winter now

Yeah,

I dug out the extra ground works, but demolishion and concreeting cost ~£600

The building, 12'6 x 24'3
options.
Wide personel door
UPVC opening window
10' roller door

Came to just about £2750

looks a good size Rob been busy myself latly gardening in the new house planing on a pond to in the back garden thought it might be a good place to throw my burnt sausages in after my BBQ's
