Thanks for the warm welcome, guys.

The engine is basically inbetween the drivers and passengers seats. This is where the original engine was before. Not easy but will be good for a laugh when it´s done...

Yep, that´s the one. We came over to Classic Ford last year and had our pics taken!

Don´t quite sit on top of the engine, more like me and the passenger are squeezed in left and right of it.
But you´re right can´t see me using the heater much either!!

What an armrest that would beeÃ,,Ã¦

What about making the engine cover/box out of Plexiglas or something like it? Then you can look at the engine while driving just remember to look at the road occasionally too...

Great idea but i´ll be fitting the leather seats out of the Scorpio and as they´re a lot wider (to be honest i am too!) there won´t be much of a gap to see anything.

thats a lovely Transit Taunus , don't see many where I'm from , Gulf colour scheme works well with these oldskool wheels , you've obviously put a lot of work and effort into it!
