What ECU is this???

I got it off a mate with my loom and Boa engine which he removed from a Granada cosworth;
on barcode side it says,
D8L 17   EEC-IV
EAO-VM111 
88BB-12A650-JA
8BJA       *771*

on other side it says,

8842 1013
E9AF 14A624 AA (GTE)

after looking I found something that said it is Ford Granada Cosworth 2.9 V6 88-91 w/o cat

I think that's a 12V 2.9 One.

Just a question. Did the Cosworth BOA even exist at 1988-89?
I know first model in Sweden was 1992 since the cat version came then.

The boa started in '91 and ended  at the end of '93, early '94.
