I'm currently in the process of doing my BOA conversion into my saph cossie, any how I have an XR4i subfame with engine mounts fitted and was told my BOA engine would fit straight in with standard BOA mounting arms however THEY DONT...
Distance between the engine mounts is 545mm and distance between mounting arm holes is 620mm
My question which arms do I need obviously I need shorter arms!

You need the engine mounts from the xr4i. With some luck, you still have them on the old 2.8 that came out.

Bud my saph is a 2ltr yb. I was told to use an XR4i subframe and to use Boa /XR4i/XR4x4 arms the Boa came with arms but don't  fit its fucked my hole weekend uo as I took Friday and Monday (for a long weekend) so to get whole conversion done.

The XR4 (RWD) arms are mounted on a steel crossmember and the 4X4 are mounted on an aluminium one. The 4x4 crossmember is different because there is more room for the front shafts.

So you need the sierra v6 arms.

This is my xr4i subframe im using the original boa (v6 arms) but they're to long.

As you can see distance between my engine mounts is 545mm and distance between my arms is 620mm

Can i ask why you fitted the XR4i crossmember?
The 2wd cossie one will fit to the BOA arms you have.

Because my saph was originally 2wd but previous owner converted it to 4x4 I am fitting Boa and going back to 2wd I have my beam 7.5"diff shafts etc, front tca's shocks hubs rack.

TwinTurbo

As stated, you need 2.8 XR4i arms.

Not really an option at this point for a few reasons,
I already have my engine mounts which are different on other subframes
My subframe is shot blasted and powder coated.
