declared Scraped back on the road??

Is it possible to put a declared Scraped car back on the road? Found a shell that was going to be scrapped but the owner didnt as it was too good. But sent the docs off as scrapped. The shell is good, has vin tags and chassis number. But is a bare paneled shell, no engine.

I dont think you can any more but best to check with the DVLA.

If they allow you to use it it will have to be SVA checked and then go on a Q plate
