What Paint For Cam Covers??

hi guys just sand blasted my cam covers and now i need to paint them asap.

not sure what paint to use?
should i use an enmael or do i need to use a high tempture paint.
also should i prime it? will primer withstand the heat? i was going to use an acid etch primer.

can i have your thoughts please?

Dont use 2k as its not resiliant enough, engine laquer or engine paint will work for sure.

I used Upol Acid #8 etch primer and Smoothrite on my alloy rocker covers on my 3.0 twin turbo.  Two years later they still look fine.

Works really well but stay away from yellow smoothrite, goes a funny colour after a while. Another tip is to heat the paint prior to application to reduce the amount of thinners used. Gives better adhesion.
