will the 24v fit in most engine stands or is there any thing i will need to get?

A 3 wheel stand from Machinemart will be perfect, cheap to.

Evening Bobby, what stand have you got?

I`ve got the bigger of the two Clarke stands (340Kg) handled the 24v fine when everything was bolted back on. Would imagine the smaller one T-style one would carry the weight ok but would need to be abit careful when turning it upside  down. Most arms on engine stands are adjustable to suit any bolt pattern on the block/heads.

not got one yet, i'm going to get one soon just ant to get the right one what bolts will i need to put it in the stand?

I have the two leg one, and it's a pain cos they fould the legs on the crane.

So make sure your crane fits

Even the small engine stands can take the weight it's the stability thats the problem.

The 3 wheel ones will fall over if spin the engine on it.

4 wheel ones are O.K.

If you have had some close calls like me you get really careful & bolt it down to the floor!
