Don't buy from this guy on ebay

I bought a leccy waterpump kit from them over 2 and half months ago and nothing has arrived. The git acts like its my problem/fault for buying from international sellers and I should track it down myself. When I contact him (which i have done several times) he just calls me a winger and moaner and will only refund me "when I get the item back in my hands"  
They charged me $75 au for airmail so if its gone missing - thats their problem surely  airmale has to be signed for so he knows full well ive not received it  

Ive been realy patient but as the deadline is appraoching, ive opened dispute with ebay and paypal over it.

Did you use a credit card, if so lodge a dispute with the card company.  The postage is his issue not yours.

Any parcel sent by air by a courier has a airways tracking number.

He will have that, ask for it.

I get stuff from China & Japan.
Usally takes 1 week.

the tracking number is very important to have, like dave said, any parcel has a tracking number. i always ask for a tracking number.

still, it can go wrong and if payed with a creditcard, its insured for lose or theft. for paypal refund, thats a bid late. they only handle complains if they are not older than 1 month.

What's his feedback like?  From what you say, looks like the seller does seem supportive.

Well I think paypal is a rip off but in a situration like this it really comes up trumps!
