How fragile are cranks and main bearings?

I ask because I collected my engine today. It took 2 blokes to lift it into the back of my volvo but there was only me at when I got home so I struggled but managed not to drop it.
Whats nigling at me now is that at one point the flywheel was pressing on the boot floor and then as i slid it towards the tailgate the front pulley was pressing onto the rear bumper a bit. This only lasted a few moments in both cases but I was just wondering(worrying) if that could have damaged my crank or new bearings? They are ACL Duraglides if that makes any diff?

I think you'll be fine. It probably take a heck of a knock to bend the end of a crank.  The crank inside the engines supported by the bearings so in theory can't move anywhere.  If you've bent the end you'll be able to see it when the engine runs but as said I doubt it's been damaged.
