-1 New message? What's that mean?

My message header says -1 new Message and I haven't a clue what it means. I don't think I've missed any messages so is it an error?

I looked into it, but i can`t find anything odd.

Looks like the database made a little mistake while deleting a message from your inbox.
(maybe you refreshed the page while deleting it, so the action was carried out twice..)

I also checked the database for errors, but it`s fine.

When I get a message the counter goes up to 0 ie zero so the counter is wrong for some reason.
