I have been in disccusions with Turbo Technics and Performance Ford about getting some of the xr turbo technics cars together for a meet and photo shoot at Turbo Technics HQ in Northampton,nothing is set in stone yet but both parties have agreed in principal to the idea,i know quite a few 4be tt cars but trying to get a good selection of xr2i xr3i xr4i xr4x4 together so can you make yourself known to me by adding to this page if you would be interested in getting together.your car could an original tt converted car or an ebay kit bolted on aslong as its tt that's all that matters

Right well after a think on it i'm looking to open this up to granada's and capri's and believe it or not the humble transit,basically if its got a ford badge and a tt kit of some sort on it then that will do,although this may conflict with the performace ford and classic ford thing but i will see what Chris at pf says. this may well be a monumental task as this will spread the search over a number of forums but i think it will be worth the effort

just pity i scrapped my shell 4 weeks ago but kept all the gucci bits including the 312bhp twinky engine

Damn, just in the process of replacing my DOHC turbo set up with the 2.9 twin as the DOHC let go big time, I think the turbo oil seals went and I lost all the oil.  There is a hole in the lower timing case cover and no oil pressure when you run the engine.

Yes its a twin, It'll be a thirsty journey but a bit of a home coming too, i hope this does work out.. I will get in touch with GAZFROMOLDHAM and see if he will bring the minker down too.  .....I havent been on here for months as i thought FP had disapeared... Glad to see its still here.

Funny you should say that about fuel, my 250 is loads better on fuel than either my 200 or my standard cars  
Damn good excuse to use that car the most though
