Well done Gray.

The secret is the diffs
That's a good .5 sec faster than last year with less power too
You should notice how easier it is to get a fast time as well.

Now work on getting your engine power up espically HP & then you will run sub 4 sec easy.

Wish I could have been there but something last minute came up not car related so outa my control.
Dave

mouldytbags

well mine was dissapointing to say the least lol. first run in the wet was 8.27. dry-8.28 and again 8.28 and not to forget the failed run when i couldnt find 3rd lol.
bob cams vec injectors and a faulty TPS.

Tony

Seeing as the rest are shy, how about 7 to 7.5, with an auto you get no delay on change. Ray

Well done again it's a good result

But fit a 4.27 Scorp 16v diff & it will go quicker trust me

You didn't sit on the line wheel spinning like you feared then
Dave

Tony

it did spin up but after one rev gripped and shot off down the track,i believe a lowwer ratio would do it, (ask the people who drove up with me, they saw the car out of shape often on the trip)

i am pleased at that now, i do have issues with the dif wich doesnt limmit the slip much,,,doh!
all in all its now time to fit the blower to this car i think
