it's never an easy run  

my car will run for 11 months and 2 weeks of the year spot on, come mot time (monday just) she throws a dicky fit for me.

Shes just failed on her steering rack  

Gets har all sorted, puts her back in with a good rack on her and she passes  

All good so far, but oh no she throws her alternator and has a disagreement with its bearings, oh my god what could go wrong now for me with a week to go to ford fair..............................

my 05 fiesta ran spot on for 3 years and when it had its mot it kept cutting out all the time.as soon as t was out of the garage it ran fine

Dan you got the Alternator fixed ? as think I have a spare and Mads is coming up that way the weekend.
