alloy rear hubs

need some for the back axle that will alow fitment of rear discs...
I hope that along with didy alloy calipers, i'll significanlt reduce the unsprung mass and reduce axle hop.
It would be nice if they spaced the wheels out 10mm per side too - can anyone reccomend a supplier?

Also, can anyone show/tell me roughly what I'll have to make bracket wise? these are the calipers...




ALSO - would 1/4" thick discs do? as opposed to 3/8"?
