? What wheel have I got

I have found in my collection of wheels and tyres a 15inch genuine Ford alloy wheel four stud.  please see pic.  does anyone know what its of originally please.  I think it should have a centre hub ?

Yep optional alloy for Mk1 Si Mondy (some came out on steelies) and standard fit to the Mondy 4x4 Si
