My 24v has been off the road for 18 months due to it boiling up  

Thought I'd have a go and try to fix it

New water pump and thermostat


Cosworth fans and new radiator


Painted a few bits


Plenty of room between the fans and the bottom pulley



Ebay bargain, EBC Greenstuff pads, £28 delivered


Pulled her out, and gave her a wash





Short video clip, no my timing isn't rattling, just the way the camera picked it up, oh, its running on gas too! Thats what the 2 pipe are on the intake elbow, they feed the mixer

Possible reason why she was boiling, the thermostat was stuck closed!

i used to pick up at a caterpillar place in shropshire cant remember where exactley and used to drive down a road to get there and remember seeing a deep blue almost purple 4b parked outside a place was it yours mate?

Thats would be Lancaster Road, in Shrewsbury

It does look purple in certain light, but, its not a ford colour, its a honda colour

thats the one mate remember there was a garage at the end of the road and as you went down it you used to get to the houses an in a truck you tend to think oops ive gone wrong!! then you spot the cat sign

It hasn't changed, we still get truck drivers asking where cat is now!
