Where once stood a 2.5m x 5m old prefab...

Now rests a base for a 3.8m x 7.4m Prefab with roller door.. Only 2-3 weeks to wait.

Being nosey now, how much all in all for your new garage rob??

Looking at doing mine soon too, need to convince my wife it's a good idea first mind

Basework including demolition of old garage ~£700
12'6" x 24'3" Garage with 10' wide roller door, wide personel door and 4' opening pvc window ~£2800 ( delivered and erected )

Electrics will probably be another £800ish... ( lots of sockets, Armoured feed to in garage consumer unit ) . Although I expect this to be much cheaper..

Sundry Drainage ( cos my garden is waterlogged ) £200

Total ~£4500...

Gardens after vehicle space I think, well thats how I see it plenty of open space elsewhere.
