The current seller bought it (£1200) from somebody in essex. Engine has black cam covers and plenum, a pair of used t25's on home made manifolds and bowled pistons probably 12v.  It's in bits.  It should have had fast road cams etc inside. Sounds like the engine advertised before.

If I was looking for anything related to 24Vs and heard it came out of that particular garage I would just walk away   .

Please keep comments to the Ebay subject, if I see this turning into a Slag the above company I will delete this thread.

Its a hard lesson to learn but if your stupid enough to pay £1200 for an engine you should be checking it out fully before buying. Again if your buying a second hand engine for peanuts the same applys.

Tis true, its hard enough buying a decent engine when its in a car and running let alone one you cant test and with ebays rubbish complaints system its definately buyer beware.

ah, I remember the one with black rocker covers and turbo's, I think it's origins were questioned on this forum, he's been well stuffed by someone then poor sod
