XR4i power steering

Hi everybody, it's been a long time since I've been on here, but, got a question for you, the power steering on the 1983 XR4i my car has been in bits for many years and I've forgotten which pipe is which? the connection nearest the steering wheel end (M16 thread) is the from the power pump or the return to the tank, all my pipes have been changed out for stainless braided ones and I can't remember which is which, Help!!

If i am correct, the top one is the return to the tank. Its should have a bigger diameter inside the housing if you remove the couping.

Cheers Paul, have been searching both here and XROC for this, and yes the upper hole is M16, and the lower M14, I'll get them fitted on the right way now.
